After purchasing a number of 3D printed buildings for my model railroad layout, HD Custom Design easily wins for best quality, detail, and value. Some pieces elsewhere are good (but not necessarily better ) quality, but far more expensive than I think is worth it. Others are cheaper, but terribly disappointing. HD Custom Design offers a good variety of buildings and scales. I’ve built a couple kits in N scale so far, and don’t need all that many more to complete my layout, but I’m certain I’ll be shopping here first. If there were any suggestion I could make it would be to further expand your already impressive catalog of designs. But I’m certain taking a concept to completed product is time consuming and tedious. My applause for a job well done. Thanks and keep up the great work! The Sears Rodessa is just one of a series of Sears kit houses by HD Custom Design. Each of these houses is of exceptional quality. Of all of the 3D printed structures I've seen, these are by far the highest quality. Although introduced to the world in the early 20th century these houses are found in neighborhoods all over the country today. Any of them will be right at home on your railroad. I have many of them dotted around several of the small towns on my own railroad. If you're looking for a high quality, easy to assemble structure for your railroad I'd recommend any of HD Custom Design's buildings.

This is a first-rate kit, beautifully made, with wonderful detail. All the parts fit, even though there are only a few. The challenge with this kit is the painting, but you have to be excited with the detail and beauty of the finished piece. The price is appropriate for this extraordinary kit.

I owned a similar 'kit house' and when I saw this one I had to have one for my building N-Scale layout. The kit itself is well made, a good print that assembles easily without much 'fitting'. Should paint and detail nicely.
I am pleased with the models I've bought from HD Custom and recommend them. I'll be ordering more.
