Nicely made!

Incredible detail, easily assembled with built-in tabs, precision fitting, a beautiful complex structure not otherwise available. I’ll be keeping a watch for future models that can enhance my model railroad.

Pretty reasonably priced for a 3D model. I am especially glad to see someone making the "catalog houses." Those Sears houses are all over the Midwest.

Very well designed, assembled correctly, nice detail. I am very happy with this model.

I like the quailty of the 3D printed building. Best Z Scale models for the price! The windows and doors are separate from the building which makes it easier to paint. I also appreciate the detail parts to make the models more realistic. The brick and stone make a nice contrast. I painted and weathered the model. I look forward to building more models for my layout.

These are the best 3D printed Z Scale models I have seen. I particularly like the models with separate windows, doors and other details. I added a railing on the staircase. The exterior lamps are very fragile. I have purchased 4 models so far. I would like to see more detail pieces sold separately.
