Sears Silverdale 1920s Kit Home

I'm extremely pleased with this kit I like that the porches are separate to facilitate painting. Some minor fitting will be required for a tight fit around the trim. I'm used to seeing lattice, rather than full foundations under the porches, but usually that area was hidden by evergreen shrubbery.

This is going to look fantastic on my layout! It arrived quicker than expected and every detail was perfect and exactly what I thought it would be. I'll definitely be back for more of these models as my little town grows!

This HO model is an excellent model of a period Sears home kit of the 1920s. The detail is superb and the model is sturdy and easy to work with.
