The Sears Rodessa is just one of a series of Sears kit houses by HD Custom Design. Each of these houses is of exceptional quality. Of all of the 3D printed structures I've seen, these are by far the highest quality. Although introduced to the world in the early 20th century these houses are found in neighborhoods all over the country today. Any of them will be right at home on your railroad. I have many of them dotted around several of the small towns on my own railroad. If you're looking for a high quality, easy to assemble structure for your railroad I'd recommend any of HD Custom Design's buildings.
